Designed for SpaceX in Hawthorne, Ad Astra transforms a raw industrial warehouse into a flexible, forward-thinking learning environment for 40–50 students. Developed in collaboration with Elon Musk and educator Josh Dahn, the project reimagines the space to support innovation, creativity, and collaborative learning.

Industrial influences from the original warehouse are preserved and celebrated, while thoughtful spatial planning creates fluid zones for instruction, experimentation, and social interaction. The result is a unique educational environment that balances functionality with striking, design-driven aesthetics, inspiring students every day.
