Designed for a family in San Francisco, this College Avenue remodel and addition navigated the city’s stringent planning requirements to achieve full approval while maximizing both space and light. The project transforms the home into three connected floors, centered around a dramatic, light-filled stair atrium that serves as the heart of the residence.
