Situated in the Pacific Palisades Highlands neighborhood, this project posed unique challenges including navigating the extensive HOA approval process, garnering neighbor consensus for the new ADU, and securing approval from the City of Los Angeles for this coastal zone project. Initially, another firm grappled with meeting the client's requirements, but we stepped in and turned their vision into reality. Our clients, a lawyer and entrepreneur with three young children, sought a comprehensive renovation including remodel, addition, interior design, exterior landscaping, and the addition of a new detached ADU.
